To remove your contact form, log in to the backend of your WordPress website.

1. On the left-hand menu of your dashboard, click on Pages.
2. Locate and click on the Contact page.
3. Scroll down until you see a blue bar labeled Contact Form.
4. On the far right of the blue bar, click the trash can icon to remove the form.
5. Once done, click Update to save your changes.

That’s it! Your contact form should now be removed.

Within the container you deleted two items:

1. The contact form itself.
2. Contact Form title text
