Parties Involved

This Agreement, by which the Client affirms their acceptance by submitting the web design contract, will outline the commitment of Crown Nine Studio to provide digital services, including but not limited to web design, hosting, SEO, and marketing.

By purchasing or using any of our Services, the Client agrees to comply with these Payment Terms & Conditions, which supplement the Terms of Service and Contract.

Payment Requirements

  • The total cost of the project is specified in the acceptance email and/or invoice.
  • Full payment is required upfront before Crown Nine Studio begins work on the website design or any other service.
  • No payment plans are available unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
  • Payment must be completed via accepted payment methods specified on the invoice.
  • Failure to make payment within 24 hours of signing this Agreement will result in the cancellation of any discussed project timelines and deadlines.

Additional Costs & Invoices

  • Any additional costs incurred in designing the Client’s website (e.g., premium plugins, fonts, graphics, software licenses) will be billed separately.
  • Crown Nine Studio will invoice the Client directly for these additional costs, either included in the initial invoice or issued as a separate invoice if expenses arise later.
  • All additional charges must be paid in full before ownership of the website is transferred to the Client.

Late Payment & Fees

  • If the Client fails to provide the required payment before the agreed deadline, a 5% daily surcharge will apply until the project is completed.
  • If the Client does not respond or provide payment for outstanding balances within 30 days, a 5% monthly fee of the total project cost will be applied, up to 12 months.
  • Any project reopening after 30+ days of inactivity due to non-payment will incur a 25% reactivation fee based on the final project cost.
  • Late payment of the final balance will incur a $25 late fee after 7 business days.
  • After one month of non-payment, an additional 5% of the total project cost will be charged every 30 days, up to a maximum of 12 months.

Non-Payment & Termination

  • If payment is not made after repeated attempts to contact the Client, Crown Nine Studio reserves the right to terminate services and revert the website to its pre-contract state.
  • Crown Nine Studio retains the right to pursue legal action to recover unpaid balances, including legal fees and collection expenses.
  • Clients with outstanding payments may have their accounts sent to collections.
  • A terminated project due to non-payment cannot be restarted without full payment of outstanding fees, including penalties.

Refund Policy

  • Payments for web design, SEO, marketing, and other digital services are non-refundable.
  • Hosting services may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued.
  • DMARC and Facebook Pixel Services are non-refundable, as results depend on third-party systems and configurations.
  • No refunds will be issued for additional services, third-party purchases, or external costs incurred during the project.
  • If a project is delayed due to Client inaction, non-response, or failure to provide required materials, no refund will be provided.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Crown Nine Studio for resolution will result in immediate termination of services.
  • Clients who initiate a chargeback will forfeit all rights to any work completed.
  • Crown Nine Studio retains the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks and seek reimbursement for costs associated with disputes.
  • If a chargeback occurs after a project has been completed, Crown Nine Studio reserves the right to take down or revoke access to any delivered work.

Ownership & Transfer of Rights

  • Until full payment is received, Crown Nine Studio retains full ownership of the website, content, and design work.
  • Ownership and rights will transfer to the Client only after the final payment is completed.
  • The Client does not obtain any ownership rights to themes, software, plugins, applications, or third-party digital assets purchased by Crown Nine Studio for the project.
  • Crown Nine Studio retains the right to display screenshots and content from completed projects for promotional purposes.

Cancellations & Service Modifications

  • Clients may cancel hosting services within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • Website design, SEO, and marketing services are non-refundable after payment has been made.
  • If Crown Nine Studio fails to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be considered based on the project stage.
  • Crown Nine Studio reserves the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue services at any time, providing at least 7 days’ notice for ongoing services.

Payment Processing & Security

  • Payments must be made via secure payment methods approved by Crown Nine Studio.
  • Crown Nine Studio does not store payment details. All transactions are processed through third-party payment processors.
  • In cases of disputed payments or fraudulent transactions, Crown Nine Studio reserves the right to suspend services immediately.

By making a payment to Crown Nine Studio, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Payment Terms & Conditions.
