These Terms of Service (“Member Terms”) govern your access to and use of Crown Nine Studio (“CNS”) member portal, including all associated features and content. By accessing the member portal, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Membership Access
Account Creation
Members receive login credentials after completing website design payment
Each membership is tied to a single website project
Login credentials are unique and non-transferable
Members are responsible for maintaining password security
Authorized Users
Access limited to the primary client and authorized team members
Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited
CNS reserves the right to suspend accounts showing suspicious login activity

Access current and past invoices
Manage recurring payment methods
Update billing information

Access website tutorials and documentation
View project timeline and milestones
Download website assets and materials
Access support documentation
Communication
Submit support tickets

Member Responsibilities
Account Security
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Report unauthorized access immediately
Update contact information as needed
Log out after each session
Acceptable Use
Members agree not to:
Share or distribute tutorial content
Reverse engineer any portal features
Upload malicious content or software
Attempt to bypass security measures
Content Access
Tutorial Library
Access to tutorials based on membership level
Content is for personal use only
No downloading or redistributing materials
SDS retains all intellectual property rights
Support Resources
Documentation available during active membership
Resource access varies by plan level
Materials may be updated without notice
Some resources may require additional payment
Payment Terms
Monthly Plans
Payment processed on membership renewal date
Access suspended for failed payments
5-day grace period for payment issues
Late fees apply after grace period
Billing Issues
Members must maintain valid payment method
$25 fee for failed payment processing
Account suspension after 30 days unpaid
Reinstatement may require additional fees
Cancellation
Member-Initiated
30-day written notice required
Access continues through paid period
No refunds for partial months
Data may be deleted after cancellation
Crown Nine Studio(CNS)-Initiated
CNS may terminate for Terms violation
Immediate access suspension for serious violations
No refund for terminated accounts
Appeal process available for suspensions
Privacy & Data
Data Collection
Usage data collected for service improvement
Payment information stored securely
Activity logs maintained for security
Personal information protected per Privacy Policy
Data Rights
Members can request personal data export
Account deletion available upon request
Some data retained for legal purposes
Analytics data anonymized after deletion
Modifications
Terms Updates
Terms may be modified with 30 days notice
Continued use implies acceptance

Governing Law
These Member Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada.
